What we collect
- Account details: username, cellphone number, full name, birthday, home province and city, and your agent if you have one.
- Your security question and withdrawal PIN, stored only in scrambled (hashed) form that nobody, including our staff, can read.
- Each sign-in and app opening: time, device and browser type, IP address, and the approximate location worked out from the IP address (country, province, city). We do not use your phone's GPS.
- Your bets, cash-ins, cash-outs and payout accounts (GCash, Maya or bank).
- Messages you send to support.
Why
- To run your account, settle your bets and pay your winnings.
- To protect your money: we alert you about sign-ins from a new device or place, ask your PIN and security answer before cash-outs, and review unusual activity.
- To check that players meet the minimum age.
- To understand which areas we serve, using totals by province and city only.
- To meet our legal and regulatory duties.
How long
Sign-in records are deleted after 12 months. Betting and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires. Market figures are kept only as totals.
Who sees it
Only staff whose role needs it, and every look at an account's security record is logged. Location data comes from an IP-location database that runs on our own servers; your IP address is not sent to anyone else for this.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, through Help → Support in the app. Some records must be kept by law even if you close your account.
